She has worked for

• Elanco Animal Health in Canada as a field research veterinarian
  
• The clinical development group of Lilly Research Laboratories in Greenfield, IN. 
• Schering Plough Animal Health as manager of Clinical Research
  

Known for her experience and expertise in the design and implementation of field studies and clinical investigations, Carole has also worked for many years as an independent Clinical Study Advisor.
